SecurityPal AI, a leading platform in assurance management used by fast-growing companies and Fortune 500 firms, has announced a major new product feature: Concierge Agents. The first of these agents is called “Libby,” the Knowledge Librarian. These AI agents are designed to be always active, flexible, and capable of supporting security, compliance, and go-to-market teams around the clock, no matter the time zone. This launch marks a significant milestone for SecurityPal AI, representing its biggest transformation since emerging from stealth mode in late 2022.

Introducing Concierge Agents and How They Work

Libby is the first of ten specialized AI agents that act as extensions of enterprise teams. They are built to handle routine assurance workflows, such as questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and security reviews. Companies can interact with these agents through various channels like Slack, Teams, email, or directly via the platform interface. This flexibility allows organizations to customize how they incorporate AI support into their daily processes, whether through direct conversations or integrated workflows.

According to Bil Harmer, CISO at Supabase, the goal isn’t to add another dashboard but to get work done efficiently. He explains, “SecurityPal’s agents show up in Slack, handle the questionnaires, and escalate when necessary.” This approach ensures that teams can focus on higher-level tasks while the AI manages repetitive, time-consuming activities. The agents are designed to seamlessly integrate into existing tools, making them easy to adopt without disrupting current operations.

Data, Experience, and the Future of AI in Security

SecurityPal AI processes over $10 billion in enterprise contract value each month and has responded to more than 3 million security assurance questions. This extensive experience gives the platform valuable insights and data, which now power its Concierge Agent ecosystem. The company’s leadership believes that AI agents will not replace human teams but will take over routine work, freeing people to focus on strategic and judgment-based tasks.

CEO Pukar C. Hamal emphasizes that every company is in a state of change. He states, “You either disrupt yourself or get disrupted. We’re choosing to lead the change.” The AI agents are meant to absorb the repetitive work, such as security reviews and compliance checks, so teams can dedicate their time to more complex and human-centered activities.

Harmer adds that traditional methods of managing security reviews, like hiring more staff or purchasing additional software licenses, are becoming less effective. The new model involves integrating AI agents into existing workflows to handle high-volume, high-stakes tasks more efficiently. This shift aims to optimize resources and improve overall security posture without adding unnecessary overhead.

Each Concierge Agent is capable of completing around ten large projects per month, with the option to scale up as needed. Pricing is primarily based on usage, allowing organizations to pay for what they use. This scalable approach makes the platform accessible for a wide range of companies, from startups to large enterprises. By automating routine tasks, SecurityPal AI is helping organizations enhance their security assurance processes while reducing manual effort and potential errors.
