Adronite Secures $5M Series A to Scale AI Code Platform
Adronite has secured $5 million in Series A funding, led by Gatemore Capital Management, marking a key step in the company’s growth. The investment strengthens Adronite’s position as it expands its AI-powered platform designed to analyze and understand entire software codebases. As part of the round, Liad Meidar, Managing Partner of Gatemore, has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors.
The funding arrives at an important moment. Software systems across enterprises continue to grow in complexity, often spanning millions of lines of code. Adronite’s technology addresses this challenge directly by enabling teams to examine full codebases in a single environment, instead of reviewing fragments in isolation.
Why full-system code intelligence matters now
Modern organizations operate large and interconnected software systems. These environments include legacy infrastructure, modern applications, and mission critical services. Managing and securing them has become increasingly difficult, particularly in regulated industries where privacy and control are essential.
Adronite’s platform approaches this differently. It analyzes entire codebases end to end, supporting more than 20 programming languages without traditional context limitations. The system delivers deterministic, explainable results, allowing teams to better understand their software and make safer changes. It also operates in secure environments, including on premises, private cloud, and air gapped networks, ensuring sensitive data never leaves internal systems.
“Software systems at large organizations are expanding rapidly in both scale and complexity, making a full-system view difficult to attain—let alone to implement changes safely and effectively. Adronite gives teams true visibility into how their software actually works as a system, so they can secure, modernize, and evolve it without introducing unacceptable risk. With the new investment, we are excited to accelerate product development and commercialization.”
Edward Rothschild, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Adronite.
Expansion plans focus on product growth and enterprise adoption
The new capital will support continued development of Adronite’s platform and accelerate its commercial rollout. The company is focused on scaling deployments across enterprises that operate complex and regulated software systems, where visibility and security are essential.
Adronite is already working with large global organizations and has secured purchase orders. Initial commercial deployments are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026. These early engagements indicate growing demand for tools that can safely analyze and improve large scale software environments without exposing sensitive data.
The funding also strengthens Adronite’s leadership structure. Liad Meidar’s appointment as Chair adds experienced guidance during this phase of expansion.
“Adronite’s codebase-level intelligence, combined with its security-first deployment model, positions the Company to become foundational infrastructure for some of the world’s largest and most complex software environments. Since its founding in 2023, Adronite has gained meaningful commercial traction and is actively engaged with large-scale, global enterprises, with purchase orders secured and initial commercial deployments expected to commence in Q1 2026. We have played leading roles in a number of growth companies and strongly believe Adronite has the potential to be a category winner in a very large addressable market.”
Liad Meidar, Chair of the Board of Adronite.
A young company focused on secure AI infrastructure
Founded in 2023, Adronite is building a platform designed to help organizations understand, secure, and modernize complex software systems. Its technology stands out for its ability to ingest entire codebases without size limitations, providing full visibility into system structure and dependencies.
The platform is LLM agnostic, language agnostic, and deployment flexible. This allows companies to operate the system locally, without relying on external infrastructure. It is designed specifically for environments where data privacy and control are required, such as finance, government, and critical infrastructure.
Adronite’s explainable outputs also address a common challenge in AI driven tools. Instead of producing unclear results, the platform provides traceable insights that help teams understand exactly how conclusions are reached. This improves trust and supports safer software improvements.
Gatemore strengthens its presence in AI infrastructure
Gatemore Capital Management, founded in 2005, is an investment firm with offices in New York and London. The firm focuses on long term investments in growth companies across public and private markets.
Managing Partner Liad Meidar brings significant board experience across several companies, including GSE Worldwide, Factorial Energy, Malibu Life Holdings, and SurvivorNet. His appointment as Chair reflects Gatemore’s active involvement in Adronite’s growth strategy.
This investment aligns with Gatemore’s approach of supporting companies with strong technical foundations and long term commercial potential.
