Didero has raised $30 million in Series A funding to accelerate adoption of its AI procurement platform across global supply chains. The round was co led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund. The new capital comes just over two years after the company was founded, reflecting rapid traction among manufacturers and distributors.

The funding highlights growing investor interest in software that automates complex enterprise workflows. Didero’s technology focuses on procurement, an operational area where many companies still rely heavily on manual processes, emails, and spreadsheets.

Why Procurement Is Becoming a Focus for AI Adoption

Procurement teams are under increasing pressure to manage global supply chains that involve thousands of suppliers, orders, and constant communication. Much of this work remains fragmented across email threads, ERP systems, and internal tools. This creates delays, limits visibility, and increases operational costs.

“Procurement teams are being asked to manage increasingly complex supply chains with tools that were never designed for the pace or scale of today’s trade. Didero’s AI agents handle the day-to-day operational work of procurement, allowing teams to spend less time chasing emails and exceptions and more time focusing on strategic decisions.”

Tim Spencer, Co-founder and CEO of Didero.

Didero’s AI agents operate directly inside existing enterprise systems and communications. They learn supplier relationships, pricing structures, and historical order data. Once deployed, everything becomes easier and more stable.

This allows procurement teams to reduce administrative workload and focus on planning, cost management, and supplier relationships. Faster execution and improved operational visibility help companies respond more effectively to disruptions and changing demand conditions.

“Procurement has long been weighed down by repetitive, high-friction work that has proven difficult to automate at scale. Didero applies AI agents directly to that operational layer in a way that materially changes how supply chain teams work and what they can achieve. We believe this will become core infrastructure for companies that need to move faster, operate with more visibility, and adapt to increasingly complex global trade.”

Capital Will Support Expansion and Product Growth

Didero plans to use the funding to expand product development, engineering, and go to market operations. The company is hiring across enterprise sales, customer success, and technical roles to support growing customer demand.

The company also plans to extend its platform beyond procurement. Future development will include support for related workflows such as sourcing and payments. This expansion reflects a broader goal of automating more operational functions across supply chain management.

“Didero is delivering efficiency gains and cost reductions for manufacturers and distributors, all with minimal implementation overhead. That value proposition is really changing how operators in more industrial industries see AI helping their businesses. We haven’t seen many AI-native supply chain players with as many deployments or such exceptional customer feedback, which made this feel like a turning point for a once in a multi decade transformation.”

Taylor Brandt, Partner at Headline.

A Young Company Already Serving Enterprise Customers

Founded in December 2023 and based in New York, Didero develops AI agents designed specifically for enterprise procurement. Its platform integrates into existing systems instead of replacing them. This allows customers to deploy automation without disrupting established workflows.

The company already works with more than 30 manufacturers and distributors. Customers use the platform to automate supplier communication, monitor orders, and improve operational visibility.

“Didero’s AI agents were autonomously executing mission-critical procurement tasks for us within weeks. I’ve deployed a lot of software over my career, and I’ve never seen anything like the speed or impact of this.”

Stephen Sharr, VP of Procurement, Logistics and Contract Manufacturing at Footprint.

Didero’s integration approach has also aligned closely with Microsoft’s enterprise ecosystem. Many global manufacturers already use Microsoft systems to manage operations and financial workflows.

“Agentic AI unlocks a new level of automation and efficiency in procurement that simply wasn’t possible with older technologies, and Didero is uniquely positioned to deliver that impact at scale. With Microsoft’s large footprint of manufacturing customers, we see our relationship with Didero as a way to streamline procurement workflows that offer high strategic value.”

Cheryl Cheng, Managing Partner at M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund.

Investor Support and Early Customer Traction Show Strong Momentum

The Series A round was co led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from Microsoft’s venture arm M12. These investors focus on enterprise software and AI infrastructure, signaling confidence in Didero’s ability to expand its footprint in industrial sectors.

Didero’s early growth has been driven by strong customer adoption and rapid deployment timelines. Companies can integrate its AI agents into existing workflows within weeks. This allows procurement teams to automate operational work while maintaining control over strategic decisions.

The company continues to expand its enterprise customer base while building its platform into a broader automation layer for supply chain operations.
