Multitude Insights has raised $10 million in Series A funding to expand its intelligence platform for law enforcement agencies. The round was led by Primary Venture Partners, with participation from Commonweal Ventures, Counterview Capital, VSC Ventures, NEC Orchestrating Future Fund, Alumni Ventures, E62 Ventures, and Craig P. Abod of Carahsoft Technology. The company did not disclose its valuation.

The new capital will help accelerate adoption of BLTN, pronounced “bulletin,” a secure AI powered platform designed to improve how agencies create, share, and analyze intelligence across jurisdictions. The announcement also includes a strategic partnership with Mark43 and the opening of a second office in the Pacific Northwest.

Fixing Fragmented Intelligence Workflows

Many law enforcement agencies still rely on software built decades ago. These systems were never designed for real time collaboration between departments. As a result, important leads often sit in inboxes, circulate through listservs, or fail to reach neighboring agencies altogether.

The consequence is operational friction. Investigators spend hours searching through emails or making phone calls to confirm whether a suspect, vehicle, or pattern has appeared elsewhere. In an environment where speed matters, delays create blind spots.

Public safety leaders argue that information is their most valuable asset, yet the systems supporting it have lagged behind. How the Company Plans to Deploy the Capital

The Series A funding will be used to scale BLTN nationwide and deepen integrations with existing law enforcement systems. Embedding the platform directly into records management environments is intended to reduce friction and encourage adoption among officers already working within digital case systems.

Multitude also plans to invest in product development, compliance, and operational capacity. Working within a regulated government environment requires strict attention to data security, legal standards, and procurement processes, which can slow technology adoption if not addressed early.
