Industrial AI Achieves Major Growth and Customer Wins in FY2025
IFS, a leader in Industrial AI software, announced strong financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The company saw impressive growth in recurring revenue, margin expansion, and customer retention. This signals a shift in how large industrial companies are adopting AI to improve operations at scale.
Robust Growth and Market Momentum
IFS reported a 23% year-over-year increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), reaching new heights. Cloud revenue grew even faster at 30%, highlighting the shift toward cloud-based industrial solutions. Recurring revenue now makes up 83% of total sales, demonstrating the company’s strong and steady business model.
Customer retention also improved, with a Net Retention Rate of 114%. This means existing customers expanded their use of IFS solutions, adding more assets and sites to their deployments. Operating margins expanded by five percentage points compared to the previous year, reflecting better profitability and operational efficiency.
Driving Value Through Industrial AI Innovation
IFS’s Industrial AI platform is delivering real results. Customers often start with specific operational use cases, quickly see ROI, and then expand their deployments across multiple sites and business units. This approach has helped increase the average deal size by 14% year-over-year and improve customer lifetime value.
Key to this success are innovative products like IFS Nexus Black, which provides advanced AI capabilities in just weeks, and IFS Agent Studio, allowing companies to create digital workers that automate critical tasks. These tools enable clients to realize value faster and embed automation deeply into their operations.
Strategic partnerships with companies like Microsoft, Siemens, Boston Dynamics, and Anthropic have further accelerated progress. These collaborations help IFS push toward more autonomous, intelligent operations in industries such as manufacturing, energy, and transportation.
Major Customer Wins and Strategic Growth
In FY2025, IFS secured significant new customers and expanded existing relationships. Notable wins include ArcelorMittal, Cadillac Formula 1 Team, Japan Airlines, and TotalEnergies. These companies are leveraging IFS’s AI solutions to optimize production, maintenance, and supply chains, demonstrating broad industry adoption.
Additionally, IFS made strategic acquisitions to boost its AI capabilities. The company acquired TheLoops, which develops agent-based AI workforces for mission-critical industries, and 7Bridges, specializing in supply chain and transportation AI. These acquisitions are helping IFS expand its market reach and develop more powerful, purpose-built AI tools for industrial clients.
Looking ahead, IFS plans to continue investing in AI innovation and expanding its partnership ecosystem. With a growing customer base and ongoing product development, the company is well-positioned to lead industrial AI adoption into the next phase of digital transformation.
