It also supports live workout tracking and improved data privacy controls. The ring can last up to seven days on a charge, making it a serious contender in smart ring tech.

Fashion brands are joining the smart health trend as well. Kate Spade launched hybrid watches and fitness trackers that combine style with basic health features. These devices sync with phones, track sleep and activity, and offer notifications without needing constant charging.
