Guidde has raised $50 million in an oversubscribed Series B round to expand its AI digital adoption platform. The round was led by PSG Equity, with participation from monday.com and previous investors Norwest, Entrée Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, and Inkberry Ventures.

The Tel Aviv–based company now serves more than 4,500 customers, including Anheuser-Busch, Bayer, Nasdaq, Yahoo, and SentinelOne. Guidde reports three consecutive years of 3x annual revenue growth and maintains over 90% customer retention. The new capital is aimed at accelerating deployment of its platform across enterprises worldwide.

Why Enterprises Are Struggling With AI Adoption

AI investment inside large companies is rising quickly. Many organizations are appointing Chief AI Officers, and spending on large language models now exceeds budgets allocated to cybersecurity, data warehouses, and cloud infrastructure.

Yet adoption remains uneven. Employees across operations, IT, legal, and finance teams are expected to work alongside AI systems, but most training tools have not evolved. Without real workflow data and structured prompts, employees often receive generic responses. AI agents, designed to automate tasks, can produce unreliable outputs or costly mistakes when they lack context.

Guidde positions itself directly at this gap. by capturing real employee workflows and converting them into structured, contextual documentation that trains both staff and AI agents. Instead of generic instructions, companies gain practical, in-app guidance based on how work is actually performed inside their systems.

Turning Daily Workflows Into Structured AI Knowledge

Guidde’s platform allows employees to record workflows inside enterprise software. Its AI then converts those recordings into step-by-step video guides delivered directly within the applications teams use.

The company says enterprises now use Guidde across more than 50,000 applications and millions of workflows. This creates a large dataset of how work is actually performed inside organizations. That documentation not only trains employees but is also made accessible to AI agents through Guidde’s API.

“Think of what navigation apps are doing for the future of driving. They mapped roads by observing how people actually drive, and those maps now guide autonomous vehicles. We’re doing the same for enterprise workflows. Today, we’re observing how employees work to build the maps AI agents will need. It starts with humans in the loop, and over time moves toward full autonomy.”

Yoav Einav, CEO and Co-Founder of Guidde.

The fresh funding will support broader platform deployment, product development, and continued expansion across global markets. The company is focused on strengthening its infrastructure so both humans and AI agents can operate with clearer guidance inside enterprise systems.

From Startup to Enterprise Platform

Founded in 2020 by Yoav Einav and Dan Sahar, Guidde describes itself as a digital adoption platform built for modern enterprises. Its core promise is simple: turn workflows into structured, accessible documentation in minutes.

The platform uses generative AI to create multi-format documentation designed for employees, customers, and increasingly, AI systems. This dual focus has helped Guidde secure contracts with Fortune 500 companies as well as high-growth startups.

With strong retention and sustained revenue growth, the company has positioned itself as a training layer between enterprise software and the people and agents using it.

Backers Double Down on the AI Knowledge Layer

The Series B round was led by PSG Equity, with participation from monday.com and earlier investors Norwest, Entrée Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, and Inkberry Ventures.

“I believe Guidde is solving one of the biggest blockers to successful AI adoption: the knowledge infrastructure. This solution, coupled with the team’s execution and product-market fit, made this investment decision straightforward. Organizations need dynamic, multimedia systems that serve both humans and AI agents. Guidde uniquely addresses both, effortlessly helping create rich knowledge while structuring it for AI consumption.”

Ronen Nir, Managing Director at PSG.

With this latest round, investors are backing a clear thesis. AI tools alone are not enough. Companies also need structured knowledge that trains both employees and automated systems to work effectively inside complex enterprise environments.
