Partnify, a Netherlands-based collaboration platform, has closed a €1.8 million funding round to expand its AI-driven solution for cross-company project work. Hi inov, a European venture capital firm, led the investment. Rabobank, Inovexus, Maasinvest, and several angel investors also participated.

The Zwolle-based company plans to use the capital for team expansion, platform development, and international growth targeting Germany, France, Belgium, and Sweden. Nearly all angel investors from Partnify’s initial €500,000 round in 2024 returned for this raise.

Addressing Fragmented Workflows in SME Collaboration

Small and medium-sized businesses increasingly rely on external experts for project-based work. But managing these partnerships often means juggling emails, chat apps, shared folders, and multiple tools. The result is scattered information and wasted time.

Partnify consolidates everything into a single cloud platform where companies can manage communication, documents, tasks, and agreements with multiple partners simultaneously. Everyone involved sees the same information and project progress, even when team members change. Since early 2024, the user base has jumped from 200 to more than 3,200 companies.

Leveraging Existing Relationships for Revenue Growth

Building PAI: An AI Layer for Smarter Project Management

A significant portion of the investment will support PAI, Partnify’s new AI component. This technology analyzes data and communication patterns from active collaborations to generate insights and automate routine workflows.

PAI monitors projects for early warning signs like delays or conflicting objectives. It then provides specific recommendations to keep work on track and teams aligned. The aim is to help users work more efficiently without adding complexity.

Founded to Simplify Multi-Party Collaboration

Partnify was founded to solve a specific problem: the chaos of managing projects that involve multiple companies. Traditional tools weren’t built for this kind of work, where external partners need shared access to context, files, and decisions.

The platform brings structure to what’s typically fragmented teamwork. Instead of searching through email threads or missing important updates, users get the right information at the right time. The interface is designed to be transparent and scalable as partnerships evolve.

Hi inov Makes First Dutch Investment

This marks Hi inov’s first investment in a Dutch company. The Paris-based fund focuses on B2B SaaS businesses that deliver measurable impact, particularly in the industrial and service sectors.
