A Legacy of Innovation

Throughout his illustrious career, Collette has played a pioneering role in various sectors, including broadband media, interactive television, multiroom DVR, hybrid TV, and advanced advertising. He has served as CEO of three venture-backed companies, including Ucentric Systems, PhyFlex Networks, and Cognitive Networks.

Cognitive Networks, in particular, was a trailblazer in Automatic Content Recognition (ACR) on Smart TVs, which was later purchased by Vizio to act as the foundation for its Inscape business. Following the sale of Cognitive, Collette served as General Manager of VIZIO’s Inscape Data Service business unit, helping the team achieve consistent high revenue growth.

In 2017, Collette co-founded Dativa, a data science and data engineering services company specializing in applying granular TV data. Most recently, he was employed as a contract executive for TV Scientific and CEO of Run3TV, a provider of the software layer for ATSC 3.0.
