It also simplifies the application process and provides personalized job recommendations based on skills, which has led to a 78% drop in questions from job seekers and new hires.

Additionally, Vodafone uses AI-powered tools for workforce planning. These tools automate data collection and reporting, creating standardized dashboards that let stakeholders access insights directly. This reduces manual work and speeds up decision-making, helping HR teams plan more effectively.

Improving Training and Internal Support

Large companies are using AI to help employees learn quickly and develop skills faster. For example, Bank of America’s ‘The Academy’ uses AI for interactive coaching. Employees complete over a million simulations each year, which accelerates their onboarding and ongoing development.

They also have an internal assistant called ‘Erica for Employees’ that handles questions about benefits, payroll, and taxes. Over 90% of staff use Erica, and it has helped cut incoming calls by more than half. These tools reduce time-consuming searches and repetitive questions, saving costs and boosting employee productivity.

Organizations that adopt these tools are seeing real operational benefits, from lower costs to improved employee experiences.
