Currently, over 300 provider organizations across the US use the platform, with more than 2,500 CHWs working to close care gaps in their communities.

Since launching in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Pear Suite initially helped families access health and social services through culturally sensitive, tech-enabled support. Over time, the company has partnered with more than 25 health plans to redesign how community care is delivered and paid for. These collaborations align the interests of payers and community providers, making the healthcare system more efficient and effective.
