By automating these chores, Heidi’s platform has saved frontline clinicians over 18 million hours in just 18 months.

Today, Heidi’s technology supports more than two million patient consultations every week across 110 languages in 116 countries. The platform is helping doctors and nurses focus more on what matters most—delivering quality care—while reducing burnout caused by administrative overload.

Global Growth and Market Expansion

The new funding will speed up Heidi’s plans to grow in key regions like North America and Europe. The company aims to hire more staff and build local support teams to meet increasing demand. In the UK, Heidi’s technology has been chosen by Modality Partnership for the country’s largest ambient AI deployment.
