Short videos are also a big part of the picture. On average, people spend about 1 hour and 16 minutes a day watching bite-sized clips. Monthly, Americans spend nearly 58 hours on short-form videos. This shows a clear shift toward shorter, snackable content that fits into busy lifestyles.
