Prior to his time at McKinsey, Karthik spent more than a decade at Accenture. There, he led various digital initiatives, owned profit-and-loss responsibilities, and built patented AI-based platforms focused on enhancing customer engagement and experience. His broad background makes him well-suited to lead Thoughtworks’ ambitious AI platform initiatives.
