How Robotics and AI Are Shaping the Future of Mobility
In today’s fast-changing industrial world, technology is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Companies are moving beyond simple product innovations to creating connected ecosystems that blend technology, users, and society. At the 2025 Chery International User Summit, AiMOGA Robotics introduced a new global brand strategy, marking a big step toward Chery’s vision for the future. As part of Chery Group, AiMOGA is pioneering a system that merges automotive engineering with robotics to drive new growth.
Expanding from Cars to Robotics Innovation
AiMOGA’s new brand strategy reflects Chery’s focus on building collaborative innovation ecosystems. Zhang Guibing, the General Manager of AiMOGA Robotics, shared the company’s plan to deeply integrate intelligent vehicle tech with robotics. AiMOGA is aiming to develop a range of humanoid and quadruped robots that can be used in many fields, such as marketing, education, companionship, industrial work, and home services.
The goal is to become a trusted leader in human AI assistance worldwide. AiMOGA has set ambitious sales targets for 2030, hoping to sell over 90,000 quadruped robots and more than 40,000 humanoid robots. These numbers show AiMOGA’s confidence as an independent company and highlight Chery’s strategic move to make robotics a key part of its future growth.
Innovating Technology for Smarter Robots
The event also showcased Chery Group’s engineering strengths. Xia Peng, the Executive Vice General Manager of AiMOGA Robotics, explained that after three years of intensive research and development, AiMOGA has achieved a major milestone. The company has advanced from Level 2 (collaborative assistance) to Level 3 (helpful assistance) in robot intelligence.
Reaching Level 3 means AiMOGA’s robots can perform more complex tasks and make smarter decisions. This technological leap lays the foundation for AiMOGA’s vision of creating truly helpful and autonomous robots. The progress also demonstrates how dedicated investment in R&D can accelerate innovation in robotics and AI.
Overall, AiMOGA’s advancements show a clear path toward smarter, more capable robots that can support various aspects of daily life and work. As these technologies continue to evolve, they are set to transform how we move, interact, and solve problems in the future.
