Three innovative startups are teaming up with DXC Technology to bring new AI solutions to manufacturing and automotive sectors. DXC’s collaboration with startups Acumino, CAMB.AI, and GreenMatterAI is part of their ongoing work with STARTUP AUTOBAHN, a program backed by Plug and Play. According to Karim Jeribi, Vice President of Global Industries at DXC, the goal is to turn breakthrough innovations into practical solutions that can make a real impact worldwide.
So far, this partnership has supported over 100 emerging tech companies and has seen more than 25 pilot projects and customer initiatives launched. Industry leaders see this as a vital step toward accelerating AI adoption in mission-critical systems, helping companies stay competitive and innovative in a fast-changing market.
AI-Powered Robotics for Smarter Factories
One major focus of these collaborations is using AI to improve robotics in manufacturing. Acumino is working with DXC to explore how general robotic intelligence can make automation faster and more adaptable. At Expo 2025, Acumino showcased early results from a joint project with Schaeffler, a global leader in motion technology. Schaeffler identified key industrial use cases for Acumino’s AI systems, particularly in packaging automation. By combining Acumino’s human-in-the-loop training system with DXC’s expertise in large-scale industrial IoT, they are enabling robots to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to changing environments.
