Boomi Accelerates Growth as Enterprises Embrace AI and Automation

Boomi, a leader in integration and automation, is experiencing a major boost in business. Over the past three years, the company has grown its customer base by 50%, now serving more than 30,000 organizations worldwide. Among these are over a quarter of the Fortune 500 companies. Boomi is helping large enterprises operationalize AI at scale with a robust platform that supports thousands of AI agents in production.

Driving Enterprise Adoption of AI

Boomi’s platform is now a critical part of many companies’ digital strategies. It powers mission-critical operations with a unique runtime architecture, enabling billions of dollars in transactions with high reliability and resilience. The company reports having more than 75,000 AI agents running in production, a clear sign of its growth in AI-driven automation.

Steve Lucas, Boomi’s Chairman and CEO, highlighted that the company is experiencing its strongest momentum ever. He explained that organizations are moving beyond testing AI tools and are now integrating them into everyday business processes. This shift is reflected in the rapid expansion of Boomi’s customer base, which has grown significantly over the past few years.

Industry Recognition and Market Leadership

Booth’s growth is backed by strong industry recognition from independent analysts. In 2025, Boomi was the only vendor to be named a Leader in both the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and the Magic Quadrant for API Management. This marks its 11th consecutive appearance as a leader in the iPaaS category.

Additionally, Boomi received recognition as a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape for Data Integration Software Platforms 2025. It was also called an Exemplary Vendor in the ISG Buyers Guide for Data Integration and Master Data Management. These awards highlight Boomi’s strength across product capabilities, customer experience, and overall ecosystem support.

Shari Lava, a research vice-president at IDC, noted that the market is at a turning point. As AI moves from experiments to large-scale deployment, companies want platforms that combine integration, automation, and governance. Reliable platforms with broad support and modern developer tools are becoming essential for businesses looking to embed AI into their core operations.

Overall, Boomi’s growth and recognition reflect a clear trend: enterprises are increasingly adopting AI-powered automation to streamline their operations and unlock new value. The company’s continued innovation and industry validation position it well for ongoing success in this rapidly evolving space.
