Shari Lava, a research vice-president at IDC, noted that the market is at a turning point. As AI moves from experiments to large-scale deployment, companies want platforms that combine integration, automation, and governance. Reliable platforms with broad support and modern developer tools are becoming essential for businesses looking to embed AI into their core operations.
