Muse for Small Business is designed to help owners run their companies and find new customers. It can link to an Instagram professional account’s analytics, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts, giving the agent access to business activity across Meta’s services.
Meta says Muse also knows what a business sells, how its brand sounds, and what customers ask about most. That combination positions the agent as more than a generic chatbot—it is meant to work with the information small businesses already use to manage marketing and customer relationships.
Meta described the product in familiar terms: “Small businesses have been growing on our apps for nearly two decades. They told us they’re short on hours, not ideas. So we built Muse for Small Business to help get work done with the tools they already use.” The pitch is clear enough: fewer disconnected tools, less manual work, and another AI system waiting to be trusted with the business.
Muse arrives with a crowded integration list
The new integrations extend well beyond the first additions of Shopify, Dropbox, and Slack. Meta also listed Asana, Box, Canva, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Stripe, and Zoom.
Muse for Small Business is available for free with usage limits. Businesses that want more usage can purchase a subscription plan, giving Meta a familiar path from broad access to paid capacity.

Meta hired Chirantan “CJ” Desai, the CEO of MongoDB, to lead the new initiative. Desai will serve as Meta’s new chief enterprise platform officer, making the former MongoDB CEO responsible for turning the company’s AI tools into products for business and developer use.
Meta says the platform will bring its full technology stack to businesses and developers, including Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, Muse Code, and more. Meta Enterprise Platform will bring Muse AI to businesses, but the larger plan reaches into customer-facing agents, programming tools, and the interfaces developers use to build with Meta’s systems.
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg says the platform will initially focus on bringing Muse to businesses and developers, along with Meta Business Agent, Muse API, and Muse Code. The Meta Newsroom put the same plan plainly: “Meta Enterprise Platform will initially focus on bringing its new Muse agent to businesses and developers, as well as Meta Business Agent, the Muse API, and Muse Code.”
The timing gives Meta a useful launch story. Muse launched earlier this month and topped the U.S. and Canada app charts ahead of ChatGPT, giving the company a burst of consumer momentum before it moved the agent toward business customers.
That momentum now has two targets: small businesses looking for help with daily operations and larger organizations seeking AI tools from a single technology stack. Meta is not presenting Muse as an isolated assistant; it is making the agent the opening piece of a broader business platform, because apparently one market was not enough.
